Final tax return box greyed out
Hi everyone, this may seem like a silly question but I have a few tax returns that are FINAL returns but the "final return" box is greyed out. Does anyone know why this would be greyed out?

The Final Return Key point is disabled within the Tax Return. When preparing the Tax Return, attach an E-File Correspondence by selecting Taxation > E-File Correspondence advising IRD that it is a Final Return.
