I am looking at the list of MS office that MYOB works with and 365 is not in the list.
We are wanting to upgrade from Office 2013 desktop versions to either desktop versions of 2019 or 365

Microsoft office 365 is supported and will work with MYOB products.
Please check the following system requirements page which includes Office 365 in the supported Microsoft office list.

MYOB Australia Pty LtdI am a bit confused because while it says that MS 365 Apps for Business is the minium requirement, it then goes on to say that the only component of MS office 365 suite that is compatible with MYOB is the full copy of MS Office professional. Isn't that a different product?
If I just install MS 365 Apps for business, at $14.90 per user per month, then will that be sufficient, because it "includes desktop version of office apps with premium features."
Are there any known issues with Outlook email 2019 and the addin for document manager.
Every now and again, when I click send to sent an email from outlook the outlook freezes and DM either does not appear and hangs the outlook, or takes several seconds to appear.
Do I need to open a case for this since you have not responded.
There is an issue with the DM addin for Outlook 2019
It freezes outlook when I go to send an email
This issue does not occur in 2013 version of outlook
