Sort Invoices by Job Manager when it is a different person to the one managing the client card

Hi there,

Is it possible to sort Invoices by Job Manager when it is a different person to the one managing the client card pls?

For example, we have a Partner & Manager for the client card, a company.

But it is a different Partner & Manager that handle the Corporated side of the company.

I set up a 'job' for corporate & beleive I applied the invoice to the Corporate card but when reporting the invoice still fell under the origianl Partner & Manager of the card.

Please see attachment for steps I have followed.

Glenn is Partner & Manager but for corp I need it to fall under Arthur as Partner & Kim as Manager.

Can you please advise what step I have missed.
