Hi Team,&nbsp;We have recently upgraded our MYOB server from 2018.4 to 2019.1. Since then, we haven't been able to work with API connecting to ConnectWise.&nbsp;We talked to ConnectWise integration Guys, they suggested that API is unable to open new files.&nbsp;Can you please assist us and let us know if we have done something wrong or we need to install new API?&nbsp;If yes, can you please provide us latest API?&nbsp;Warmly,Rohit
