Making a purchase order, at the very top it has [Purchases - New Service]

How do I switch it to New Item to allow for a quantity to be inputted.    I am using MYOB AccountRight Plus v19 ED   Thank you

    Hi bookkie,

     

    Thank you for the post and welcome to the Community Forum! I appreciate you reaching out to us, and I'll be more than happy to assist you with this. You can input the quantity of your new item by going to Layout. If you are already on the screen of Purchases - New Item, click the Layout option and select Item. Let me know how it goes.
