Hi Mark
This will not answer all your questions, however 2 important rules to follow when diagnosing or changing email programs when it comes to MYOB (any version).
- Ensure the Outlook version you install is 32 bit not 64 bit - if not sure how to check, research this online.
- Ensure Outlook is installed first, then MYOB - so you may need to re-install MYOB after installing a new 32 bit version of Outlook.
