Report - Sales to show the memo / note on the report

Hi everyone,

We would like to generate a report of our sales invoices that will show the memo or note that we have placed on the invoice - screenshot attached - the memo on the bottom right hand side that has the note J3211 - this is what we want to show on our report - is this possible?. I have researched several reports but cannot get this information to show on the report - can someone please assist? We are using Accountedge NE V17
