Upgrading MYOB Accounting v14 to v19

Hi everyone,

I have never used MYOB products before, so I am completely unfamiliar with them. I have a question about my customer; he has been using MYOB Accounting v14 for the past years, and I have been told that it's no longer supported by MYOB. I called MYOB support last time, and they informed me that MYOB v19 is the free upgradable version from v14. But I am really unsure which MYOB v19 that this person meant, as he didn't specify the exact name.

 

Can anyone advise me which product is free to be installed after having Accounting v14?

 

Note that my customer doesn't know his client number and serial number. Will this affect something?

    Hi Franco_9​ 

    All of the older versions haven't been supported by MYOB for a number of years. Upgrading to v19 will help with some of the processing options but the confirmations for the file (that allow for continued use) are being discontinued by MYOB on 28th February. However, there is a third party provider FGH Tables that sells confirmation codes at a very reasonable price that will allow continued use of the file.
