Custom Reports

Hi,

Im trying to print out a basic monthly report to give to my real estate ( to show loss of income ).

All i want is the monthly income figure for the last 3 months.  ( a separate report for each month is fine )

( a similar report to what you get when you do a gst report )

I dont want to show all of my monthly invoices to people - JUST the Monthly total amount.

and i dont want to see the expenses - ONLY the income amount.

    Although it would show both income and expenses, one possible option is running the Profit & Loss report? Depending on the level of report you run you can have some very condensed figures to show your income and expenditure.

     

    If you were wanting to just show the income figures, you could export out that report and edit it in Excel or another third party program to remove the expense figures and anything else you wanted on that report.
