CommonRules_DecimalPrecision" - "ErrorCode": 1026

Question

Hi&nbsp;&nbsp;I am having an issue with a certain product in an order improting into MYOB. The error message we receive is&nbsp;&nbsp;CommonRules_DecimalPrecision", "AdditionalDetails": "Amount:(SaleEventItemLine)", "ErrorCode": 1026&nbsp;I see that this relates to rounding, although everytiung seems to be correct?&nbsp;Array ([0] =&gt; Array ([ShipQuantity] =&gt; 1[Total] =&gt; 58)[1] =&gt; Array ([ShipQuantity] =&gt; 1[Total] =&gt; 12))[Freight] =&gt; 10[IsTaxInclusive] =&gt; 1[TotalTax] =&gt; 7.27[TotalAmount] =&gt; 80.00&nbsp;Can anyone help me to find what we are doing wrong here. I cant see any issues wiht the calcs :-|&nbsp;Thanks in advance!

You could try not posting the line total (or TotalAmount?).

From memory, AccountRight will calculate these itself if it has enough infomation (although the docs say it is required).

AR has some peculiar ways of rounding that I have never been able to reproduce.

Thank you for reaching out, that is correct the error&nbsp;CommonRules_DecimalPrecision&nbsp;tend to always point to rounding of decimals.&nbsp;John_Dinning&nbsp;suggestion is great and I recommend giving this a go. AccountRight calculates per line item which can change the total slightly depending on the rounding.&nbsp;
