MYOB Accountants Enterprise

Hi MYOB 

 

I am reaching out for technical support for a client running Accountants Enterprise on our cloud servers and the MS SQL version running their Accountants enterprise software is crashing the server when the MYOB program somehow causes an MS SQL to re-index - and the re-indexing consumes all server memory and paging file memory and crashes MSSQL.

I have no inherent knowledge of this package and the techs in our office has come to me for answers - I reach out for help .... can someone urgently contact me with ideas on what may be causing this.

The Client Framework appears to be version 8/2025 and the MS SQL backend is 865 mb in size.
