Connected Accounts: How to manage your account connections

Solo lets you connect up to two bank accounts through Open Banking. Switched banks recently? Thinking of making a change? Need to shuffle which accounts you’re managing with Solo? We've got you. 

Ever wanted to remove a Connected Account from Solo? 

Need to swap out your bank account in Solo? Swapping things around is dead simple. 
 
Head to More → Bank accounts → Connected accounts, tap the three dots (...) next to the account you want gone, and hit Disconnect. 

 

 

 

That's it. Now go add the account you actually want.

It happens. Thanks to a recent upgrade to Solo (Release 7.8 you can learn about here), you can fix it yourself — no support chats needed. 

If a Connected Account is stuck on "Connecting" and you want rid of it, simply head to More → Bank accounts → Connected accounts then tap the three dots (...) next to it and hit Cancel. Done. Gone. Moving on.
