Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum. The error message you're encountering, "Sorry, but it looks like you are forbidden to access this resource," can occur due to a few reasons. One common cause is that the user does not have the necessary permissions or hasn't been onboarded to the Online Partner Program. I recommend clearing your browser's cache. You can do this by holding ctrl+shift+delete while in the browser and clearing cached images and cookies for all time.
