Sorry for the delayed in response. Updating your subscription or credit card details requires you to be the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription. This is typically the person who set up your MYOB subscription. Could you please check if you are using an Admin/Owner email when logging in to myaccount.myob? I also recommend visiting this help page for more information.
