2022R1 Update 18 - MySQL specific issue identified

All!

 

To make you aware, we have identified a MySQL specific issue with ongoing 2022R1 Update 18 which is causing connection timeout issues and slow data loading which is being reported on a few Velixo sites.

 

It affects both the normal site usage and the OData endpoints, but is more frequently observed in OData.

 

We are working on understanding how we can contain this issue. This is also being escalated to Acumatica to understand whether a workaround exists till the time a fix is available and released.

    All!

     

    Our investigation into the MySQLconnector issue resulting in SQL timeout issues continues. At this stage, we have established that the issues are intermittent and specific to MYSQLConnector and more prominent when OData endpoints are used.

     

    We will continue to investigate, explore workarounds and work toward a resolution. We will keep you posted on our findings and plan forward.
