Advanced Business: Scheduled upgrade 17 June unsuccessful

Hi All, 

The Advanced upgrades scheduled for 17 June did not go ahead as planned due to a crash we experienced with our upgrades tooling. All sites are up and available this morning. 

We will investigate and resolve the issue prior to rescheduling the window.  Notification of the new scheduled dates will be shared in this community forum and via the Partner self-service deployment plan. 

Customer In product notifications will be sent to advise of the failure to upgrade as scheduled.

At this stage this will not impact any other scheduled deployments, we will advise of any changes asap. 

 

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you and your teams, to mitigate this risk for future upgrades we are working on the resiliency of the service as a resolution.
