Advanced July EAP sandbox delays

Hi All,

We have encountered a platform issue with the provisioning of EAP sandboxes which has resulted in delays for some of our July window 1 & 2 sandboxes. We have identified and resolved the issue, and are now working diligently to clear the backlog and prepare these sandboxes as soon as possible. This will help us to minimise any further delays for windows 3 & 4.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and we sincerely apologise for it. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this. We will continue to keep you updated on our progress.
