Advanced platform maintenance - 18 November

Hi All,

 

We have a platform maintenance scheduled for Saturday 18 November for a small group of Portal sites. This is an infrastructure change and will not affect the Advanced software. 

 

These maintenance tasks are required to ensure our platform infrastructure and services are robust and reliable. We will perform the maintenance on the weekend out of hours to reduce the interruption.

 

Date/Time - Saturday 18 November 10 pm NZT 

Site impact - Advanced portal site outage up to 2hrs
