Advanced Platform maintenance - 3 November

Hi All,

 

We have planned platform maintenance scheduled for Friday 3 November for a small group of Advanced customers. This is an infrastructure change and will not affect the Advanced sites. 

 

These maintenance tasks are required to ensure our platform infrastructure and services are robust and reliable. We will perform the maintenance on the weekend out of hours to reduce the interruption.

 

Date/Time - Friday 3 November 10 pm NZT - 2 am

Site impact - Advanced site outage up to 4hrs

Action required - Please review the 2023PLATFORMMAINTENANCENOV plan in the partner self-service portal for details of the 46 customer sites included in this window

 

Customer Notification:  In-product notification will be sent to subscribed System maintenance users of affected sites. Learn more about in-prod notifications here
