Partner Self Service Portal and Phoenix Support Case Videos

Are you a new Partner, have new Employees, or just need a refresher? 
We have added two new videos to Frontify to assist in stepping through two major actions! 

 

 

Using the Partner Self-Service Portal- 

In this video, you will learn how to navigate around the Partner Self-Service Portal, including accessing deployment information and changing or opting out of updates, accessing release notes and snapshots.  We also cover accessing sales demo data files and access to additional educational resources such as partner-only videos and certification content. 

 

Raising an Enterprise Support Case- 

In this video, you will learn how to raise a case and view cases in Phoenix. Additionally, you will learn what information is required for support to assist you.
