Partner Dashboard

Hello,

I am in the middle of working on a file and now suddenly I am receiving a system error on the file.  The file is still appearing in my partner dash board but I am unable to access it.  If I attempt to access via app.myob.com it is no longer appearing on this list?

Can someone assist me here as this is very urgent.

    Hi Steven,

    Yes, I had to wait till morning and ring MYOB to have it sorted out.  It apparantley something to do with the upgrade of the file, it had cause some issue in the back ground.
