My new dashboard doesn't give me access to list the "open bills" or the "open invoices" from the graph area.
Even though this function is meant to happen on the drop down area.... maybe a glitch in rollout?
Click the 3 dots above the financial postition box on your dashboard - click accounting method - change to accruals. Should work :)
Mine is fine after i clicked the drop down arrow. Maybe completely log out and in again?
It is there if you know where to look. A little bit annoying. I did perfer the old dashboard and i perferred 12 month
I want the Equity back! Equity is the most important to me!
This is all the information my dropdown arrow provides.....tried the log out/in, but nothing has improved. Hopefully someone from MYOB with technical know how can get a fix for it.
Is your browser up to date? Which browser do you use?
Yes up to date macOS 12.6.4
Have you tried to login with a different PC? Like a Windows OS?

To add to what Luke_Rigg has mentioned, you can try to use a different browser (we recommend Google Chrome). You can manually check if you still have Open Invoices. If these are already paid, the option to Open Invoices will not show in the dropdown under the Income box on your dashboard.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Have tried the Google chrome page on my Macbook and that is no different than the Safari page. We only operate with Mac/Apple ...is there anyway this could be looked into?
I realise paid invoices wouldn't appear in the dropdown. I am just wanting the convenience of seeing the open invoices in the dropdown (like others have access to) instead of having to run a open bills report.
