RESOLVED - Phoenix Partner Portal Payments via AMEX were blocked.

Attention Partners, putting this in the Alert boards so you're all aware.

 

From 8.15 am AUST today, Phoenix has been failing to transact correctly with AU Amex.

 

We have temporarily stopped the attempt, but we couldn’t inactive the Amex payment method, so please send comms out to business partners as well ISV partners to stop using Amex to make the payment in the Phoenix Partner Portal until further notice when we have resolved the issue.

 

Next update: When I hear more, definitely not today (I'm past the end of my work day).

    Partners can continue/resume making payments with Amex in Phoenix Partner Portal.

     

    However, given our Amex processing has not been stable in general recently, please report any errors immediately.
