Hi Lorkin,
The MYOB Practice Online Portal was earlier scheduled to include a feature to use standard document templates however there has been a delay to its rollout.
Currently, the best method is to save your standard template text to a Wordpad file on the desktop and paste it to the document to send to clients on the Portal.
