After migrating MYOB to a new laptop, I am unable to create returns

I migrated AO using the following instructions from one laptop to another. It is in standalone mode.

I must have missed something as when I click 'Create Return' I get the following error message:

The 'vfpoledb.1' provider is not resgistered on the local machine'.

 

Also, when I click 'Delete return'. It completely removes the entire line. Which is NOT normal.

 

I need assistance on which step I missed to get this message. So far, everything else appears to be working.

 

In case it matters, I am using the latest version. 2023.2 v 5.4.49.195 Plus.
