Associations
I am trying to cleanup the associations in MYOB AE.
For lots of reasons (and excuses from the team) the relationships are all over the place.
The relationships are for a director of a company - 'the child of' and the same with trustees.
It will be a monumental task to prepare by hand.
Is there a way to:
1. do a mass fix up, rather than client by client
2. do the corrections in an excel spreadsheet and import into MYOB AE
3. contact my MYOB Client Manager and see if they can do in the back ground.

I have the same issue. Payroll has done update, now after opening I get error saying Confirmantion code is invalid and to contact MYOB. Then the next pop up asks for a password, which I said No.
After doing the payroll I get the same error as the OP and its then says Journels are not posted.
Edit - I called support and they said its a know issue and are working on a fix. They added me to their list to notify when fixed with a case number
