We need to increase the length of the "Reference" field associated with Stock Serial Numbers. An increase of the field length directly on the backend database doesnt seem to increase its limit. The limit appears to be on EXO's end. Is there anywhere else this limit can be adjusted?

Thank you for your reply. We have already done so with no assistance provided. They said its not possible to change. Unfortunately we do not believe this is correct.
Is this something that is possible to do via the backend database or not or is it part of the MYOB EXO software itself??
