change of email
I am an Accountant and MYOB Partner
My email was changed and my login details for Account Right Online have successfully been transferred.
However my access to the Partner Dashboard at partner.myob.com has ceased.
When trying to login using the new email I get this message.
Sorry, but it looks like you are forbidden to access this resource. AE/AO Live 403
Can anyone suggest a remedy for this. I was on hold with MYOB for 3 hours and spoke to 3 different people who couldnt assist. I have a BAS deadline coming up. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
