Good Afternoon redrascal,

 

If you are still experiencing these issues please refer to knowledge base KB0022108 from My.myob, this would need to be performed by your IT person.

 

This will stop any new issues appearing but will not fix any that have already occurred in your database.

Hi are you sure that's the right KB article as I cannot locate it.

    Morning Redrascal,

     

    That was the correct Kb number, please ensure when logging into my.myob you have selected the right account in the top right hand corner.

      I did contact MYOB via phone.

      You quoted me an internal KM article which is why I couldn't access it.

      Have it sorted now.
