thanks Sai but they are NO HELP AT ALL !!!
I have had issues with it, since inception first week of December
As of 4 months later - I still have no fix from them - I can't do my EOFY (was due Dec 23) and I cannot reconcile 400 lines of bank entry nor do my monthly accounts.(oh and BAS due soon too)

Thanks for your response. Upon replicating this issue, it seems that the problem stems from Axcelerate. If a transaction is appearing twice in a clearing account on MYOB but originates from a third party, it likely indicates a third-party issue. You can also submit a support request through their page. aXcelerate Support.
