Invoice not sending
Here’s a great question from one of our members that we’re sharing so others can learn what to do if they run into the same issue:
"I tried to send a test invoice to myself, but it didn’t go through. Instead, I got this error:
'Error: Failed to send email. Please try again.'"
I've done some digging. It looks like you need to add a “Reply-to” email in the Invoice Emails Settings.
Once you've done that please try again and reply here if you run into any trouble!
I'll also flag the error message for improvement—it’s not exactly helpful, and we can definitely clean that up.
