The exact same thing has happened to me
Hey Belindasocial if you're able to login to Solo, all you need to do is go to the Solo Money tab and tap the question mark on the top of the screen. Tap on the chat bubble on the bottom of the screen and ask your Solo Money assistant for help! Our Solo Money team are standing by to help!
Alternatively you can tap on Help signing in from the login page on Solo. We're standing by to get you back up and running!
