Why can't I see expenses
I'm new to Solo today, in setting up i uploaded 3 receipts, they all show up under expenses and as paid, but only 1 shows up on the graph. What am I missing?

Welcome to Solo DeanE ! 💜
It looks like you haven’t missed anything. The difference comes down to the expense categories used.
The two expenses totalling $153.30 were categorised as Materials & supplies, which Solo treats as a regular day-to-day business expense. That’s why they appear in your monthly Cash flow graph.
The $403.02 purchase was categorised as Equipment, furniture & vehicles. Solo treats that type of purchase differently, so it won’t appear in the graph in quite the same way.
Categories do a bit more heavy lifting than simply keeping your expenses tidy. They also affect how transactions appear across your cashflow and reports.
If the $403.02 purchase feels more like a regular running cost than a larger business asset, it’s worth double-checking whether the category is the best fit. If you’re unsure which category applies to your situation, an accountant or tax adviser is the safest person to check with, as they can give advice based on your business and what you purchased.
