Why are you trying to fix something that is not broken?
Why are we taken to the web browser to come back to the desktop?
Every time you make a downgrade we are required to have more clicks and mouse movements to do the same functions. Just because you can change things does not mean you should.
I am now wasting time talking to MYOB instead of getting work done.

I understand the frustration when a familiar workflow changes, and I want to assure you this wasn't change for the sake of change. This update was actually one of our most frequently requested improvements, designed to save you time in the long run.
If you enable the modal to remember your actions, the new experience should require the same number of clicks as before. On top of that, you're now gaining several benefits that weren't previously available:
- Remembering credentials between sessions
- Enabling password managers
- Single Sign on, eliminating redundant logins, one login for desktop and browser
That said, we want to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible for you. If you're running into specific friction points, I'd love to hear more detail so we can help you get the most out of the update.
