I have got the new sign on screen but I cannot access Process payroll - Help!

Hi mumof2 , just to confirm, you have been able to log into your software
But your access appears to have changed and you cannot access the payroll menu?

Hi Mike_MYOB, this is a very serious issue, please get the devo team to fix it asap.
I'm facing the same issue. I've signed in but when I click Process Payroll this screen pops up every time: - mumof22 months agoContributing Cover User
And following up on my email earlier I just logged into that my clients file from another computer and my email and password was pre-populated and I wasn't asked for an authentication code. There is seriously something wrong with this new log in method.

Hi mumof2 , there is nothing abnormal here, you have experienced the new Single Sign On flow - we have streamlined how logins are done in Accountright, and one of the benefits is that now the login screen is password manager friendly, no need to input your email everysingle time. The 2FA code was likely not required as you may have authenticated earlier (2FA sessions last 24 hours).
