Single Sign On

We are using MYOB 2026.4 SE and cannot log onto our desktop version. Screen seems to loop and suggest we should get an Open Account Right button but we don't.

 

We did everything suggested?

  • Uninstall and reinstall software
  • Clear Browser cache
  • Clear MYOB cache
  • Restart server

Has anyone had a solution to this most annoying issue?

    FYI your solution does not work.

    My team has been troubleshooting the problem and know what the issue is.

    This cannot be resolved by the end user, your software has an issue. Please advise your dev team.

    Hi Amanda - I can't see which one is the solution that works since we have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of MYOB 2026.4 SE, cleared caches and restarted server. What am I missing?

    Do you have the ability for your IT to install Myob out of server to get you out of trouble? thats what we have done for customers.

    one of our staff members has nailed the issue - it cannot be fixed by IT, must be resolved by MYOB.

    Thanks mate - yes we've come up with the same work around but this has caused a massive disruption to our business and cost IT involvement. It is a worry that MYOB (Amanda) still sends emails that you have found the solution!!!!
