Sign up fee deal
When I joined Solo by MYOB, there was a promotion of getting Solo for $1 per month for the first 12 months, which I paid ($12) on the day I signed up, but I received a bill for “February usage” yesterday and an email saying that the payment failed. Firstly the payment didn’t fail as I was lead to believe that I had already paid for 12 months. Can someone please explain what’s wrong here?? Was the promotion fake or a scam??

When you sign up for Solo, your first invoice is generated within a few days of signing up. This will include the general charge for the subscription type you've chosen, minus any discounts or promotional offers. This invoice is due a week after it's generated.
