Online Payment Transaction Fees

Why am I getting an invoice for the above, when I have set up Online Payments, for the customer to b e charged the Surcharge fees?

I can see why that looks confusing. This invoice is not asking you to pay the same amount twice, it’s showing the online payment fee that was already taken when the payment came through. Our invoice typically includes "(Paid)" after the amount but wasn't possible with this one-off invoice. Rest assured you don't need to pay that amount for Online payments fees.

I got the first one the other day too and thought I was getting a bill as well.  It wasn't until I logged into my MYOB that I realised that it was a transaction history only.

I agree it is confusing because it reads like you're getting a tax invoice.

Maybe change this MYOB so it clearly says no payment required.  Just a thought.

OK. Thanks for letting me know. there's nothing to indicate no payment is required. MYOB should include a note to that effect, to avoid the confusion.
