Online Payments

I have had a payment from a client paid with credit card.  It has appeared in my Bank Statement but it does not appear in the Bank Rec so I cant balance.  This has happened two months in a row now.  I emailed them they said to ring them.  I told them I dont have time read the email.  Crickets.

I find it amusing that I pay MYOB monthly for the past fifteen years and now I have to ask other users how to fix the issue because  MYOB wont answer!  Might be time for Xero!
