Online Payments

I have had a payment from a client paid with credit card.  It has appeared in my Bank Statement but it does not appear in the Bank Rec so I cant balance.  This has happened two months in a row now.  ...

    The team should be calling you if they feel that is the best way to resolve it with you, not asking you to call us, I will follow this up
