Sign up fee deal

When I joined Solo by MYOB, there was a promotion of getting Solo for $1 per month for the first 12 months, which I paid ($12) on the day I signed up, but I received a bill for “February usage” yeste...

    Hey there! Jayde here from the Solo team, thanks for reaching out ☺️

    When you sign up for Solo, your first invoice is generated within a few days of signing up. This will include the general charge for the subscription type you've chosen, minus any discounts or promotional offers. This invoice is due a week after it's generated.
