Hi all,
Regarding the 'something went wrong' error message with payroll.
I can confirm that this is unrelated to the SSO changes.
We are investigating this with the incident management team and will get it posted up on our status page asap.
In the meantime, payroll processing via the browser does not seem to be affected

Another option that some customers have found works in desktop is to retry the payroll in smaller batches, this error may be linked to processing payroll for large batches (~100 employees)
