Is this the new sign on feature?? Not sure how smoother - time delay and confusing. And if so, would have been nice to have some warning - didn't know what was going on when it was taking me online when I use desktop
Does this do this for every file? I notice when I log out and into another file, no password needed which is a bit worrying
Hi Marlyse We’ve streamlined how customers access MYOB on desktop and browser. Once signed in with the new Single Sign On (that you have already experienced), you'll stay connected across platforms (web and desktop) without needing to re-enter your details (as far as you are in the 30 minutes session window - you can off course manually logout if needed). This new update is also password manager friendly making the login experience much faster.
