Hi everyone,
Apologies that the new single sign-on (SSO) feature impacted Payroll - as Non-For-Profit has noticed, we’ve turned SSO off for now, resolving the issue.
The team is actively working on a fix, and we expect to restore SSO to you again by Monday afternoon.
We appreciate this community for bringing the payroll errors to our attention.
Rolling this feature out to a small audience allows us to identify and resolve any issues early.

SSO login is back for me and I am still getting the "something's gone wrong and MYOB has to close" when clicking on Process Payroll. Can this please be fixed asap. Totally frustrating.

Hi, I am also receiving this and cannot login to MYOB Acccountright and even if I click ok it flickers my screen and nothing happens.
This is what comes up in a box at the top of my screen after entering the authentification number -

We have patched an issue that the Single Sign On was not redirecting to Accountright - can you confirm that you are using the latest version of Accountright? It should be 2026.4.1.12
