IR4 Tax Return - Overseas Company Shareholder

A New Zealand company has an overseas company as a shareholder.  The IR4 shows in error as the overseas shareholder compnay does not have an IRD number.

 

Please advise as to how this can be dealt with correctly.  I filed the return using 111-111-111 as the IRD number to work around this.  Will this cause a problem with IR

    For any shareholders with no ird number, we recommend using this ird number 000000000.
