IR4 Tax Return - Overseas Company Shareholder

A New Zealand company has an overseas company as a shareholder.  The IR4 shows in error as the overseas shareholder compnay does not have an IRD number.   Please advise as to how this can be dealt ...

For any shareholders with no ird number, we recommend using this ird number 000000000.
