Subject: Login loop when accessing MYOB overseas — Case #03225045

 

Hi, I'm currently overseas and unable to access MYOB — I'm caught in an endless loop that keeps requesting my login credentials, even after entering them correctly. I've already logged a case for this (#03225045) but haven't had a resolution yet.

Could someone from the MYOB team please look into this or advise on a workaround? I need access urgently while traveling.

    Sorry to hear you’re still stuck in that login loop, especially while you’re overseas and needing access urgently. Our support wait times have been longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience. 

     

    I’ve followed this up with the team handling your case, and they should send you an email update as soon as possible.
