Practice Tax not worth the effort

Hi all

I have just spent over 2 hours on hold with support for Practice Tax. 

My query was that I could not generate an invoice for the tax return I was processing in Practice Tax.

I was told that they could not help me and they had to discuss with a specialist. When they came back to the call, I was informed that this functionality was not available presently and if I wanted to generate an invoice I could only work in the desktop version.

To say that I am unhappy is understatement. How can you possibly in good faith release this product to tax agents with this function not available.

Could you please provide us with a case number or any other details from your support call so we can look into this immediately?

      Hi Princess

      Thank you for your quick response.

      I was not given a case number. I did not think to write down the name of the person I spoke with. 

      Was the information that I received incorrect regarding being unable to generate an invoice?
