Earnings Certificate

I have a newish employee who needs to file an Australian tax return (01/07/18 - 30/6/19) The earnings certificates In NZ payroll run from April to March. Is there another report I can use for this?

    Hi karenham 

     

    MYOB Payroll is intended and marketed as for New Zealand Payroll and employees. While you can have an "Australian employee" in the system an Earning Certificate can only be run for the New Zealand Payroll year (April to March).

     

    If you are needing to see what has been paid for an employee for a period running the Reports>>Period reports>> by Employee/Pay code Summary. Select the employee, pay codes, period and level before selecting Print. This will give you a report based on the filters selected of what has paid to the employee during the required period.
