Rollover / Retained Earnings Issue
I have found an issue going back to 2015 where our trial balance isn't balancing and the retained earnings amount is incorrect. I have read this has happened to other users due to an issue when rolling over the year. Can someone please advise how this can be fixed? thank you

Yes, sometimes when rolling a FY in AR202x, a glitch causes MYOB to either record a one sided transaction only, or a 2 sided transactions however the DR doesn't match the CR.
The file will need to be repaired by MYOB (should be free as caused by their software - all accounting software should be a 'double entry' system) or by others such as MYOX Services (who will be quicker but would charge a fee).
